BouDthib Stables ( Report )

Place: Boudthib Stables
Location: Abu Dhabi-Al Ain Truck  Road ( Alfaya Road )
Coordinates:   24°13'55"N   54°53'11"E

Boudthib stables was established in 2000 and opened by his Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Alnahyan. The stable started with two plans; the first plan was to train horses for endurance challenges and the second plan was to train them for school riding courses. The stable has around 250 horses; most of them are Arabian horses and the rest are divided into two types, Anglo-Arab and Warm Blood horses.  It’s easy to note the difference between the three types of horses depending on shape, color and strength. Arabian horses are mainly used for endurance races because they are stronger than other type of horses. On the other hand, Anglo-Arab horses are used in school riding courses for new trainees and they are also used for jumping competitions.
We met Mr. Ali Alnuaimi; he's one of the best trainers in the stable. He gave us information about the stable history and the stable future plans. After that we met Dr. Jose, who gave us very useful information about  the common problems that they usually face  with horses and he also introduced to us the biggest place where horses are trained in order to join jumping competitions.

Finally Mohamad Alromaithi concluded our visit by introducing himself and the place of his duty. He joined the stable when he was ten years old and continued to become one of the best horse jumping trainers.
